Small group class settings where athletes are lead by highly trained and skilled coaches. Each class has a dynamic warm up with a Work out of the day (“WOD”). The WOD will be high intensity training that incorporates cardio, strength, and endurance conditioning and training.
This is a registered USA weightlifting club providing programming for all levels of athletes including competitive/recreational weightlifters. Programming will be performance based, geared towards increasing athletes strength and power through Olympic Lifting. Creating stronger athletes through safe and effective methods. Not only is the CrossFit prescription safe for teens, it’s optimal for developing strength and physical performance across all sports and activities. CrossFit Teens is a program exclusively for 20 high school students ages 13-18 focused on improving performance, developing strength, and driving general fitness. CrossFit Teens is held Monday through Thursday from 3:45pm – 4:30pm starting January 8th, 2018 – coached by only CrossFit Kids certified coaches with updated background checks on file.
